Asphalt Striping
We can handle any type of pavement marking project.
Re-Stripe
Re-striping is the simplest, fastest, and most cost-effective method. We paint new durable lines over existing patterns for an updated look.
Re-Stripe After Sealcoat
Similar to a re-stripe, this involves placing new markings after a full sealcoat job. This step is necessary after any sealcoating project.
New Layout
Expanded your business? Recent construction? Need to fix traffic issues? We design, develop, and implement new lot layouts to maximize parking spaces, improve traffic flow, and meet specific ADA guidelines.
Why is asphalt striping important?
Fire lanes are required by local and state authorities. Fire lanes allow for quick and easy access for emergency rescue vehicles. All office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers, hotels, resorts, and other large facilities must have fire safety zones around the property.
FIRE LANES
No parking zones identify the area is reserved for some other particular purpose or where property owners do not want a congestion of traffic.
NO PARKING
Commonly used in hotels, motels, resorts, inns, shopping centers, delivery and loading docks.
LOADING
Restaurant managers usually have a few spaces set aside in their lot for takeout customers.
VISITOR
These spaces are usually for employee of the month, pregnant women, corporate leaders, and police or security vehicles around large complexes.
RESERVED
Handicapped parking spaces are reserved for citizens with disabilities. These spaces are easily accessible to the building or facility entrance.
HANDICAP
Valet areas are common in high-end hotels, resorts, shopping centers, malls, and tourist attractions.
VALET
These markings indicate high pedestrian traffic areas.
CROSSWALK
Stop bars are placed at intersections and crossings alerting drivers traffic can come from multiple directions.
STOP BARS
You will commonly see these in schools, courthouses, and hospitals.
SLOW
Property management use these markings to block off areas for dumpster / trash pickup locations and driveway entranced and exits.
DO NOT BLOCK
Buildings or facilities such as police departments, corporate office buildings, and tourist attractions all have areas where guest are not allowed.
AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL
These help to direct the flow of traffic around the parking lot or garage to guide guest off of the property safely.
EXIT
These can include corporate branded parking spots, custom names for employees, or vehicle specific spaces.
CUSTOM STENCILS
Professional Pavement Marking Equipment and Materials Used on Every Job
This guarantees clear and crisp markings on your pavement. Clearly marked lines, stencils, directional arrows, stop bars, and crosswalks are crucial. When done right, they enhance traffic flow, making it efficient and problem-free. We'll also make sure the striping meets American Disability Act (ADA) standards, reducing owner liability.
We use top-notch commercial-grade traffic paints that perform well and look great.
We use both water-based and solvent-based thermoplastic paints, depending on the surface and customer needs. Water-based paint dries quickly, usually within five to ten minutes. Solvent-based thermoplastic paint takes about fifteen to twenty minutes to dry. If you want, we can add glass beads to the pavement markings for reflectiveness and longevity.
